We would like to provide you with our most recent update regarding care for your pet at Shady Oak Veterinary Clinic. We appreciate your patience with the necessary adjustments we have made in response to COVID-19.
We are now allowing clients back into the building for doctor appointments. We ask that one family member come in with their pet. We are continuing to offer curbside services for technician appointments, pick-up of medications and prescription foods. When you arrive at the clinic, please call us. We are still trying to maintain social distancing while clients are in the building, so please call when you arrive and a staff member will tell you if it’s okay to come in. Masks are now optional for staff and clients.
We are triaging phone messages and e-mails, and we will get back to you as quickly as we can while still prioritizing those patients with urgent needs.
Our current hours are 8 AM to 6 PM Monday-Friday, and 8 AM to 12 PM Saturday.
